With this stone you can upgrade any Horn of Fenrir to a new one and upgrade 4 wings to level 7. When updating the wings, all options remain and sharpening. To create a Jewel of Upgrade, you need to collect 5 pieces of Kalt Stone. Kalt Stone drops at Blood Castle, Devil Square events, 15% drop chance 10% to success.
